Description

The apartment is located on the third floor, without a lift, and features an attic layout. It is a one-bedroom flat with dual exposure facing the sea and the mountains.

The sea-facing side consists of an air-conditioned open-plan kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed that can be opened on request. A French door leads to a terrace of approximately 9 square metres, with a sea view.

The mountain-facing side is an attic bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. A hallway connects these two areas and also leads to the bathroom.

On the floor below there is a laundry room with a private washing machine.

Services and House Rules

We rent under the "tourist rental" formula (min 5 nights - max 30 nights), with a proper contract and issue of a regular payment receipt.

Wi-Fi with 200 Mbps connection, air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen, washing machine with drying rack, wash basin, ironing board and iron, detergents and household cleaning products, sun loungers, outdoor chairs and tables.

  • Gas and water consumption
  • Depending on the number of guests, from 5 to 8 kWh per day of electricity: each apartment has its own meter and any excess must be settled at the end of the stay. The price of each excess kWh is 0.15 euros.
  • 1 set of bed linen and 1 set of bath towels + shower towel per person

  • Electricity consumption beyond the agreed kWh
  • Extra guest overnight stays: any additional guest intending to stay overnight must, within 24 hours of arrival, pay the applicable rental fee and present a valid identity document.

To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer within 24 hours of arrival.

Cancellation policy:
  • At least 30 days before check-in: 100% refund of the deposit
  • At least 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the deposit
  • Less than 14 days or no-show: no refund

  • Check-in after 14:00, check-out by 10:00
  • Children free up to 2 years old, 25% discount up to 5 years old
  • Smoking is only allowed on the terraces
  • Before departure, guests are kindly asked to leave the property in good order
  • Pets allowed on request (final cleaning surcharge: 30 euros)
  • For August, a minimum of 4 adults is required
  • Security deposit: 100 euros upon arrival, refunded in the absence of damage within 72 hours of departure
