Description

The apartment is located on the second floor, with no lift, and is a one-bedroom flat with dual exposure (sea/mountain).

The sea-facing side features an open-plan kitchen/living room with a large window opening onto a terrace of approximately 16 square metres. Inside the living room there is a double bed and a sofa bed, which can be opened if needed.

The mountain-facing side has a bedroom containing a double bed and a single bed; through a French door you can access the rear terrace, approximately 14 square metres, where a private washing machine is located.

These two areas are connected by a hallway, along which the two bathrooms are situated.

Services and House Rules

We rent under the "tourist lease" formula (min 5 nights - max 30 nights), with a corresponding contract and the issuance of a proper payment receipt.

Wi-Fi with 200 Mbps connection, air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen, washing machine with drying rack, laundry sink, ironing board and iron, detergents and household cleaning products, sun loungers, outdoor chairs and tables.

  • Gas and water consumption
  • Depending on the number of guests, from 5 to 8 kWh per day of electricity: each apartment has its own meter and any excess must be settled at the end of the stay. The price per excess kWh is 0.15 euro.
  • 1 set of bed linen and 1 set of bath towels + shower towel per person

  • Electricity consumption beyond the agreed kWh allowance
  • Extra guest overnight stays: any additional guest intending to stay overnight must, within 24 hours of arrival, pay the applicable rental fee and present a valid identity document.

To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer within 24 hours of arrival.

Cancellation policy:
  • At least 30 days before check-in: 100% refund of the deposit
  • At least 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the deposit
  • Less than 14 days or no-show: no refund

  • Check-in after 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM
  • Children free of charge under 2 years old, 25% discount up to 5 years old
  • Smoking is only permitted on the terraces
  • Before departure, guests are kindly asked to leave the property in a tidy condition
  • Pets allowed upon request (final cleaning supplement: 30 euro)
  • In August, the minimum occupancy is 4 adults
  • Security deposit: 100 euro upon arrival, refunded in the absence of damage within 72 hours of departure
